The master cut that includes all requested elements as scripted as well as at least one clip from each participant comes out to 9:12. This is entirely too long and will have the opposite effect from building excitement for the program.
While the various interview segments can be used elsewhere in the campaign, cutting these does not adequetly address the issue. Even setting aside everyone other than Donna, Laraine, Dave and the "OV6" docs only gets us to 7:30.
My initial solution would be to split the video into two parts: Need and Solution. With minimal shuffling of the intro and closing we can make two digestible videos that would better serve our purposes.
Here are two rough assemblies as a proof of concept. These are merely to judge the flow and are not final edits. If you approve of the idea I will then move on to cleaning edits, fine tuning audio, and addding music and graphics. I look forward to your feedback.
